In January 2021, Katy Knoer and her husband, Dietrich, acquired the Give Thanks Bakery from its founder, Gerald Matthes, who is now enjoying his retirement. As long time friends of the Matthes Family and customers of Give Thanks Bakery, Katy and Dietrich are excited to continue the rich tradition built since 1998.

We are not a certified gluten-free bakery and while our professionals use common sense practices to avoid cross-contamination, we have a lot of environmental flour in our space.
